In late April 2006, AlleWest’s Jim Dralle was introduced to Chai Charin, one of the lead mortgage brokers who (at the time) worked with Joseph Phalen, one of six key mortgage industry veterans who founded Professional Mortgage Partners in early 2000.   

Within minutes of their first meeting, Jim knew that Chai Charin shared AlleWest’s vision and commitment to offer their customers the highest level of service from the most professional and experienced team available. 

As the meeting proceeded, Jim shared AlleWest’s core objective: To ensure that every participant in our “rent-to-own” program has the ability to qualify for a mortgage and become a homeowner in a pre-determined period of time.
